Atty. Neth, an accomplished audit manager and CPA practitioner, has amassed over 13 years of experience and established a reputation as an expert in the areas of audit and tax. She has successfully led complex audit engagements and is highly regarded as a consultant in the field of accounting and tax.
In addition to her proficiency in audit and tax, Atty. Neth has extensive experience in handling legal and tax cases.
Atty. Neth holds a double degree in Accountancy and Commerce, with a Management major, from St. Louis University of Baguio, which she obtained in 2003. She also earned a Bachelor of Laws degree from Arellano University School of Law, where she graduated with honors as a member of the prestigious Order of the Flaming Arrows. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in April 2011. Atty. Neth is an active member of various professional organizations, including the Association of CPAs in Public Practice (ACPAPP) and the Tax Management Association of the Philippines (TMAP).
Atty. Alyssa is a Certified Public Accountant with extensive experience in auditing clients from diverse industries, including retail trade, lending, insurance, and stock brokerage, among others. Since the inception of the Firm in 2014, she has been serving as a partner-in-charge, playing an active role in overseeing audits.
Apart from her responsibilities as an audit partner, Atty. Alyssa is also a tax and corporate lawyer. Having been admitted to the Philippine bar in June 2019, she possesses extensive expertise in handling tax cases, conducting due diligence audits, mergers and acquisitions, and other SEC corporate filings and applications.
Atty. Alyssa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy and a Juris Doctor Degree from Polytechnic University of the Philippines - Manila. She is a member of various professional organizations, including the Association of CPAs in Public Practice (ACPAPP) and the Tax Management Association of the Philippines (TMAP).
Jefferson is one of the audit pioneers at the Firm and has successfully spearheaded numerous demanding audit engagements across different sectors. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a degree in Accountancy from St. Mary's University in Nueva Vizcaya. Currently, Jefferson is pursuing his Juris Doctor degree at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines in Manila.
Alyanne is a Certified Public Accountant with extensive experience in auditing companies across various sectors, including retail, leasing, manufacturing, and gaming. In addition, she oversees accounting and tax compliance engagements to ensure they meet the Firm's high standards of quality. Alyanne obtained her Bachelor's degree in Accountancy from Polytechnic University of the Philippines in Manila and is currently pursuing her Master's degree in Accountancy from the University of the East.
